The Chapin Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled Public Hearings on January 26, 2023 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Chapin Town Hall, which is located at 157 NW Columbia Ave.
The purpose of the hearings are to:
Re-Consider Appeals No. 22-11-17-001 submitted by Gabriel Penfield, applying for a special exception review for property located at 105 Ellet Road, TMS #000700-02-076.
Consider appeal submitted by Tarpon Towers, applying for a special exception review for property located at 157 NW Columbia Ave, TMS # 000700-11-018.
Documents relating to the appeals are available for public inspection at Chapin Town Hall.
Written comments will be accepted up to seven days prior to the hearing. The public is invited to attend and public comment is encouraged. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting(s) should contact Town Hall the day before the meeting at 803-345-2444.
