*The Public Hearings previously scheduled on November 18 ,2025 have been moved to December 16, 2025 and will begin at 5:30 p.m.  The Regular Town Council Meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. or upon completion of the public hearings.  Public Hearing will not exceed one hour. Those wishing to speak during the public hearing must sign in prior to the start of the meeting.

The Chapin Town Council has scheduled a Public Hearing on the evening of November 18, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Chapin Town Hall, 157 NW Columbia Ave to consider ordinances authorizing the sale of certain real property.   Written comments will be accepted up to seven days prior to the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF CHAPIN
Pursuant to section 6-1-80 of the SC Code of Laws, public notice is hereby given that the Council for the Town of Chapin, SC, will hold a Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget for the 2026 Calendar Year on the evening of November 18, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m. A copy of the public hearing notice can be found here: 2026 Municipal Budget

Written comments will be accepted up to seven days prior to the hearing.  The public is invited to attend and public comment is encouraged.
