Lexington County is hosting an Electronic and Scrap Metal Recycling event on Saturday, April 8, from 9 am to 1 pm at Chapin United Methodist Church's parking lot, located at 415 Lexington Avenue.
Lexington County residents may bring up to eight electronic devices per visit. Acceptable electronic materials include old computers and accessories, TVs, DVD players, stereo equipment, printers, gaming systems, cell phones, VCRs, fax machines and more.
Eight Acres Recycling will have a container on site to collect scrap metal, including household appliances and residential scrap metal waste.
