[ARCHIVED] Chapin Planning Commission to meet February 23, induct three new members

The Chapin Planning Commission will hold its regular February meeting next Tuesday at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at Chapin Town Hall. The meeting agenda is attached.

Jim Palassis, Rev. Kevin Sheppard and Ken King were approved by Town Council this week to serve three year terms on the Planning Commission. Palassis is a retired Bellsouth executive who lives in Southwood Estates. Rev. Sheppard serves as pastor for Mt. Zion Baptist Church. And Ken King is a longtime residential builder that has developed two Chapin area neighborhoods.

The new members replace Annette Stuck and John Hollis who decided to step down last month rather than seek re-appointment, and the post vacated last year by Wendie Orr-Svoboda.
