Chapin Town Hall

Mayor's Message

Greetings,

I had a great opportunity to speak this Thursday at the Chapin Sunrise meeting of the Chapin Rotary Club. This wonderful group welcomed me as we discussed current Town updates and I shared the status of several projects. I enjoy having the opportunity to meet with various community and business leaders through their civic organizations. It is always a nice way to start my day.

I wanted to remind everyone that this Sunday is the Chapin Hall of Fame ceremony at Town Hall. The event will be held in our community room from 3:00-5:00 and the public is welcome to attend. We will be honoring inductees into the 2018 class of the Chapin Hall of Fame. Recipients receiving the honor are James H. Mills and William F. “Bill” Zeigler. As a former recipient of the honor, I am looking forward to the ceremony and welcoming these gentlemen into the Hall of Fame.

I hope to see many of our community members in attendance as we honor these recipients for their contributions throughout the years and their ongoing commitment to the community.

I hope you all have a very pleasant weekend!

Warmest Regards
Mayor David Knight
