The Town of Chapin is looking for a few volunteers

Be part of the Chapin Proud Volunteer Corps

Do you enjoy being involved in our community and have a few hours to spare? Do you need to complete community service hours for school or work? Then the Town of Chapin needs your help!

The Town of Chapin is looking for volunteers to help with a number of community events that take place throughout the year. From the new Chapin Downtown Farmer's Market to the annual Labor Day Festival & Parade as well as the annual Christmas Tree Lighting and other events, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help with planning and logistics. We also need people to attend these events to help with registration, set-up, trouble shooting, and clean-up. And for the social media savvy, you can help us take photos and promote our events to your friends and contacts.

Not only will you get the satisfaction of helping our town, you will receive perks like advanced notice of events, a Chapin Proud Volunteer Corps T-shirt, and recognition by Town Council among other things.
