The Finance Director is responsible for providing monthly financial information to the Mayor and Council, assisting the Mayor with preparing annual budgets, analyzing accounts and reconciliation of the general ledger. This department also oversees all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
In order to provide greater transparency and accountability for town operations and spending, we have included past monthly transaction statements for Chapin's General Fund account, as well as the Utility Department accounts.
Proposed 2017 Municipal Budget
The Town of Chapin will have a Public Hearing for its 2017 Municipal Budget on Thursday, December 15 at 5:45 pm in Council Chambers.
