Community Service Day- April 22

Chapin's Community of Character Service Day brings together residents of all ages for a variety of volunteer and service projects. Started in 2000 by former Mayor Stan Shealy, the event fosters community pride and serves as a constant reminder of the benefits of giving back to your local community. We encourage our community to plan small acts of kindness within their networks.

We have volunteers of all ages from area schools, churches, business, civic groups, and individuals that came out to support a wide range of projects, including area clean ups, beautification, supporting the elderly, helping youth, and feeding the poor.

We would love for you to share pictures and projects that you and your family complete using #Chapincares on social media. We also ask that you send them into Town Hall using the email address communications@chapinsc.com.

We looking forward to another amazing year of kindness and character!
